Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline platforms to drive brand awareness and lead generation

• Assist in managing assigned marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of results

• Create and manage content across social media platforms to build brand presence, including copywriting, basic design, photography, short videos, GIFs, and stories

• Perform day-to-day management of social media accounts, including engaging with customers, responding to enquiries or feedback, and promoting company initiatives

• Conduct research on market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to support marketing strategies and value propositions

• Work closely with Sales and Group Marketing teams to support marketing activities and events

• Assist in planning and executing events, including preparation of proposals, timelines, budgets, coordination, and on-site support

• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities

• Support ad-hoc marketing projects as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Interest in digital marketing and social media platforms

• Basic familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software is an advantage
