Role Overview:

These roles focus on analyzing digital marketing performance, optimizing online visibility, and leveraging web data to drive business growth. The Digital Marketing Analyst evaluates multi-channel campaigns, the SEO Analyst improves search rankings and organic traffic, and the Web Analytics Specialist focuses on tracking, reporting, and insights from website and user behavior data.

Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Analyst:
  • Analyze performance of digital campaigns across channels (search, social, email, display).
  • Track KPIs such as traffic, conversions, ROI, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize strategies and targeting.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
SEO Analyst:
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Optimize website content, structure, and technical SEO elements.
  • Monitor search engine rankings and organic traffic performance.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies (link building, content optimization).
  • Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and SEO best practices.
Web Analytics Specialist:

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience:SEO Analyst / Web Analytics Specialist: 14 years in digital marketing or analytics roles.
  • Digital Marketing Analyst: 25 years in digital campaign analysis or performance marketing.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Tag Manager.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing channels.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Knowledge of HTML, tracking scripts, and basic web technologies is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Work Environment:
  • Office-based or hybrid, working closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams. The role involves campaign analysis, SEO optimization, web tracking, and performance reporting.
