DIGIPIXEL is looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager to manage client relationships, lead campaign coordination, and ensure that digital marketing strategies are delivered with clarity, consistency, and measurable impact.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, understands digital marketing beyond surface-level execution, and is able to turn business objectives into practical campaign actions.

At DIGIPIXEL, marketing is closely connected to the wider digital experience. This means the role will also involve supporting selected client touchpoints related to websites, landing pages, content updates, SEO, and digital improvements where they contribute to marketing performance and client growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Account Management

  1. Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  2. Build strong client relationships through clear communication and timely follow-ups.
  3. Understand each client's business, target audience, objectives, and challenges.
  4. Manage client expectations on timelines, deliverables, approvals, and revisions.
  5. Prepare meeting notes, follow-up actions, and internal task briefs.
  6. Manage feedback professionally and translate it into clear instructions for the team.
  7. Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

Campaign Planning and Coordination

  1. Support monthly planning for social media, paid ads, SEO, content, and digital campaigns.
  2. Develop campaign directions, content angles, and messaging with the internal team.
  3. Coordinate with designers, developers, and project teams.
  4. Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  5. Review content, ad copies, visuals, reports, and campaign assets before client submission.
  6. Track approvals, revisions, and campaign changes clearly.

Integrated Digital Support

  1. Support selected client communications related to websites, landing pages, campaign pages, content updates, and digital improvements.
  2. Help clarify website or content-related requests before passing them to the internal team.
  3. Coordinate with web, UX, SEO, design, and development teams where needed.

Reporting and Performance Insights

  1. Prepare monthly performance reports for assigned clients.
  2. Track key metrics such as reach, impressions, clicks, leads, conversions, engagement, and cost per result.
  3. Explain results in a clear and business-relevant way.
  4. Identify what worked, what did not work, and what should be improved.
  5. Provide practical recommendations based on campaign data.
  6. Work with the internal team to optimise campaigns over time.

Requirements

  1. 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, campaign management, or a related role.
  2. Experience managing clients or stakeholders in an agency or marketing environment.
  3. Good understanding of social media marketing, paid ads, content planning, SEO, and reporting.
  4. Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
  5. Strong communication and client management skills.
  6. Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
  7. Strong attention to detail.
  8. Ability to work with creative, marketing, SEO, web, and development teams.
  9. Confidence in managing feedback, deadlines, and expectations.

Good to Have

  1. Google Ads certification.
  2. Agency experience.
  3. Basic understanding of website structure, landing pages, UX, SEO, and conversion optimisation.
  4. Experience preparing and presenting client reports.
  5. Experience handling website, landing page, or content-related client communications.
