Digital Fluency Trainer & Coach

Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Fluency Trainer & Coach who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for user enablement and mentoring. This role will support the organization's digital transformation objectives by training and coaching users, enabling citizen developers, and collaborating on the development of automation and analytics use cases.

The ideal candidate will be a mid-level technologist with hands-on development experience and a proven ability to deliver training programs, conduct workshops, and provide continuous coaching to both technical and non-technical users.

Project Objective

The project requires a technically strong resource who can also function as a trainer, coach, and facilitator, supporting the development of citizen developer use cases across automation, GenAI, and analytics platforms. The role is critical in building internal digital capability and accelerating business adoption of modern tools including Power Automate, UiPath, GenAI solutions, and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver digital enablement programs, including basic enablement sessions, hands-on workshops, and structured training curricula.
• Provide continuous mentoring and coaching to users and citizen developers.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to design, develop, and refine automation and analytics use cases.
• Support the implementation of business automation solutions using Power Automate and UiPath.
• Guide teams in the adoption of GenAI tools and modern digital practices.
• Develop and enhance dashboards, data models, and visualizations using Tableau (where applicable).
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective learning and technical solutions.
• Promote best practices in automation, analytics, and digital solution development.
• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and performance improvement guidance.

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience Required:

1.Minimum 5 years of experience in system development.

2.Mid-level developer experience with strong exposure to technical delivery and user training/coaching.

Technical (Mandatory):

1 .Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate

2.Strong hands-on experience with UiPath

Proven experience delivering:

1.Basic enablement sessions

2.Hands-on technical workshops

3.Continuous mentoring and coaching

Advantageous / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot
• Strong proficiency in Tableau (dashboard development and data modeling)
• Working knowledge of Snowflake
• Exposure to GenAI platforms and tools
