Digital Fluency Trainer and Coach

We will need a replacement headcount who is both technically strong and capable of delivering training, coaching users, and collaborating on the development of citizen-developer use cases.

The required tools include Power Automate, UiPath, GenAI tools, and Tableau. Prior experience with any of these tools would be extremely beneficial.


Educational Qualification:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in system development.

• Mid-level developer with experience in technical delivery and user training/coaching, including:

  • Basic enablement sessions

  • Hands-on workshops

  • Continuous mentoring

Technical Skills (Mandatory):

• Experience in Power Automate and/or UiPath

Additional Skills (Advantageous):

• Microsoft Copilot

• Tableau (dashboard development, data modelling)

• Snowflake

• Ability to understand user perspectives, provide guidance effectively, and support team members

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
