What The Role Is
The Digital Experience Officer will be responsible for digital service user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, as well as website management. Specific duties include designing and optimising UI and UX for digital services, serving as webmaster to ensure website performance, supporting company projects with digital expertise, monitoring and improving website performance, and ensuring alignment of digital initiatives with company goals.
