  • Focus on end-to-end project management.
  • Vendor and Technology / Solution sourcing.
  • Analyze business requirements and provides relevant solutions (process / technical solutions).
  • Establish project milestones and deliverables with line of business.
  • Manage schedule & scope.
  • Manage project communication and Business Integration (deployment plan, maintenance plan, SMUA internal stakeholders training).
  • Conduct Quality Assurance during implementation.
  • Plan, manage, and communicate project risks including change requests to both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Manage cross clusters stakeholders including business users (sales/ operations/ marketing), support teams and IITS.
  • Liaise with team members to ensure that tasks and deliverables are proceeding according to project plans.
  • Manage vendors, system integrators and digital agencies.
  • Build relationships with internal & external stakeholders and resolves any issues associated with the projects.
  • Understand business processes and back-room (operations) systems including their limitations.
  • Provide expertise recommendation in digital domains (ecommerce, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, web usability).
  • Plan, manage and communicate project risk effectivity, including documenting, assessing, and processing change/service request.
  • Oversee and conduct Quality Assurance during development and implementation phasesto ensure final deliverables are meeting specifications and business needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent business analytical skills.
  • Data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to effectively translate ambiguous business requirements into precise, technical specifications (user stories, functional designs) for IT/IITS teams and external vendors. Conversely, must be able to synthesize technical issues into clear, business-relevant language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the MARTEC and Learning Management Tools (TMS/LMS) space would be ideal.
  • Familiarity with concepts, integration, and architecture of platforms like CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Marketing Automation systems.
  • Working knowledge of the functions and integration points of Training Management Systems (TMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Prior hands-on experience or deep familiarity with tools in the iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service), SaaS (Software as a Service), and Web/Data Analytics domains.
  • PMP or Prince2 certification advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable with public speaking - the incumbent will be required to make presentations to leaders (Clusters Leads, Pillar Heads/Leads and Executive Director) on findings and recommendation of solutions.
