Main Purpose of the Job

The Digital Delivery Manager will support the Head of Delivery in ensuring the successful delivery of the overall CAPEX projects related to Digital Operations. This role is crucial in managing specific portfolio of CAPEX projects to secure its delivery in full based on budget and plan agreed with regions and functions.

Main Accountabilities

  • Lead and manage the delivery of assigned Digital Operations CAPEX projects, ensuring scope, budget, timeline, and quality targets are met; directly run major or high stakes projects when required (50% initially).

  • Apply and enforce project management standards, governance, quality assurance, and risk mitigation practices across the portfolio.

  • Provide clear and regular reporting to the Head of Delivery and regional stakeholders, ensuring visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies.

  • Collaborate with regional functions and sites to secure successful execution, strong stakeholder alignment, and smooth project handover.

  • Support site assessments and contribute to shaping the regional Digital Operations roadmap and digital initiative pipeline.

  • Support internal digital initiatives and cross functional programs by providing delivery expertise and ensuring alignment with global standards.

  • Maintain accurate portfolio reporting in Planview and ensure project documentation, templates, and training materials are up to date.

  • Ensure appropriate project staffing by coordinating with PMO to assign project managers and by coaching delivery resources when needed.

  • Source, manage, and evaluate regional vendors and partners, including leading vendor selection and performance management to secure delivery capacity and quality.

  • Define and manage the postgo live support model and SLAs after hyper care, ensuring smooth transition to steady state support.

  • Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and overall delivery performance.

Relevant Experience

  • At least 5 years of major projects delivery experience (>$1m portfolios).
  • Strong leadership
  • Site management roles, operational excellence, or equivalent is nice to have.
  • Track record of managing successful projects and programs in IT, Digital and Operational Excellence
  • Strong capabilities in managing stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Ability to inspire the team and drive activities globally
  • Effective at all organizational levels from shop floor to OLT level

Key Skills

Mandatory:

  • Strong project management capability with hands on experience delivering digital manufacturing projects (MES, LIMS, IoT/OT etc.).
  • Exposure to site operations, engineering, maintenance, or OPEX.
  • English proficiency at C1 level
  • Strong stakeholder engagement
  • Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving and datadriven decisionmaking skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital manufacturing technologies
  • Vendor and partner management experience, including performance oversight.

Desirable:

  • Experience coaching or supporting project managers or delivery teams.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Portfolio management, governance, and change management skills.
  • Experience with SAP FIORI or similar workflow/digitaloperations tools.
  • Understanding of OT/IoT cybersecurity or infrastructure considerations
