Digital Delivery Lead

Key Responsibilities

Energy Transition Advisory (Digital Twin)

• Lead digital twin strategy and delivery across energy transition projects, designing system-level models that integrate assets, networks, markets, and operations to support decarbonization and net zero road map for Energy developments.

• Translate complex data into actionable insight by combining engineering, data, and software teams to build scalable digital twins that inform scenario analysis, optimization for Energy developers.

Project Digital Delivery

• Define and implement digital delivery frameworks, standards, and workflows across Energy projects (e.g. BIM, digital twins, data platforms, automation tools).

• Support project teams in the adoption of digital tools across design, engineering, construction, and asset lifecycle stages.

• Ensure digital deliverables meet project, client, and regulatory requirements.

• Provide hands-on support to projects during mobilisation, execution, and close-out phases.

Tools, Data & Systems

• Oversee the selection, deployment, and optimisation of digital tools and platforms used across Energy projects.

• Drive data governance, quality, and interoperability across disciplines and project phases.

• Promote the use of analytics, dashboards, and digital reporting to support decision-making and performance monitoring.

Client Engagement & Business Development

• Engage with clients to understand their digital delivery requirements and expectations.

• Contribute to bids, proposals, and business development activities by defining digital delivery approaches and value propositions.

• Represent the organisation in client workshops, presentations, and industry forums related to digital delivery.

Key Capabilities & Skills

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across multidisciplinary teams.

• Proven experience in digital delivery within the Energy, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.

• Solid understanding of digital engineering, BIM, data management, and project delivery systems.

• Ability to translate technical digital solutions into practical business and project outcomes.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and change management capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Digital Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in engineering, project delivery, or digital transformation roles, with significant exposure to Energy projects.

• Demonstrated experience leading digital delivery initiatives on complex projects.

• Experience working with BIM platforms, data environments, and digital collaboration tools.
