about the role

lead and manage digital delivery strategies across major projects, ensuring seamless BIM/VDC/IDD implementation and compliance with standards. You will champion digitalization, oversee model coordination, and drive technology adoption to optimize project efficiency.

about the job

• develop and enforce BIM/VDC/IDD standards, templates, and workflows.
• lead Digital Engineers and monitor model deliverables and submissions.
• manage design coordination, clash detection, and shop drawing schedules.
• drive digital initiatives, pilot new construction technologies, and maintain dashboards for project metrics.
• ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support digital delivery for project handover.

knowledge and skills

• degree in Engineering with BIM certification with over 6 years BIM experience.
• proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, MS Office; basic Dynamo & Civil3D.
• experience with 4D & 5D and PowerBI.
• strong English communication; adaptable and team-oriented.
• background in infrastructure/building projects preferred.
