  • To translate business requirements into CRM features and technical specifications that deliver concrete initiatives, programs, tools, and methods.
  • Turning data through customer segmentation, behavioural analysis, and lifecycle modelling into actionable insights to influence campaign design, journeys, and touchpoints.
  • Overseeing developments. Including new solutions, upgrades, and vendor coordination
  • Managing CRM data structure, quality, governance and integration with other platforms
  • Partnering with internal and external partners to drive improvement of single customer view and omni-CRM.
  • Optimising existing programs through continuous testing, learning, and performance measurement.
  • Developing, piloting, and scaling new loyalty mechanics and customer lifecycle initiatives.
  • Lead exploration and implementation to leverage marketing automation, customer journeys, and overall CRM optimisation
  • To act as the go to internal advisor on data-driven customer engagement.
  • Drive opportunities to synergise Ikano Retail CRM strategy across IKEA and Ikano Shopping Centres.
