Job description

The Digital Creative Executive (Apparel & Digital Design) is responsible for designing innovative apparel graphics and delivering creative assets across print, in-store, and digital platforms. This role blends apparel design expertise with graphic creative design skills, ensuring Mizuno's brand identity is consistently expressed through products, campaigns, and consumer touchpoints. By acting in accordance with Mizuno's core values of Fair Play, Fighting Spirit, and Friendship, each individual is expected to contribute to the realization of Mizuno Group's Purpose and Vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apparel Design

    • Conceptualize and design apparel graphics for SMU collections and seasonal ranges.

    • Prepare print-ready artwork and tech packs for production, collaborating with HQ Apparel team, vendors, and factories.

    • Research and apply trend forecasting, color palettes, and consumer insights to apparel design.

    • Ensure apparel designs align with Go-To-Market (GTM) plans, campaign visuals, and product storytelling.

    • Support development of Mizuno-specific apparel ranges to improve market relevance and commercial performance.

  • Creative & Graphic Design

    • Conceptualize, craft, and execute creative assets for print, in-store displays, and digital campaigns.

    • Manage product imagery, catalogues, and archived asset libraries.

    • Provide content management solutions and support other business units with creative deliverables.

    • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to deliver integrated head-to-toe concepts (apparel + footwear).

    • Contribute fresh design ideas and storytelling elements to strengthen Mizuno's creative identity.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) with a focus on apparel and graphic design.

  • Experience in print techniques, textile design, and apparel production processes.

  • Ability to translate creative concepts into technical packs and production-ready artwork.

  • Knowledge of garment construction, materials, and sizing (advantageous).

  • Strong visual storytelling skills for apparel graphics, campaign visuals, and digital content.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and audience engagement strategies.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to balance brand consistency and innovation.
