Digital Content & Website Management (6 Months Contract) | Raffles | 22 per hour

6 Months Contract

Salary: $22/hour (MIN Degree Holder)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm
Location: One Marina Boulevard (Near Raffles Place MRT)
Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite

Job Responsibilities

Lead website revamp and enhancement projects, including content restructuring, page design improvements and user experience (UX) optimisation.
Manage and update website content through CMS platforms (preferably Sitecore), ensuring accuracy, engagement and brand consistency.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather content, programme updates and success stories for website and social media publication.
Monitor website performance and SEO metrics, recommending improvements to increase traffic and user engagement.
Conduct website content audits and quality checks, including functionality testing and content updates.
Support digital transformation initiatives, research, analytics, reporting and other departmental projects.
