Job Title: Digital Content Designer

Works closely with and have impact on: Global Marketing, Global Communications, Omnichannel, Professional Education, Local Marketing Teams, external creative partners

Reports to: Director, Digital Innovation & Creative

Function: Global Marketing

Role Overview

This role develops digital-first creative assets for global campaigns, professional education, congress activities, and internal communications. It supports the build and optimization of content across OCE, CMS, email, and social platforms. The position strengthens HSO's digital communication engine by ensuring consistent, high-quality design that can be deployed across channels with speed and reliability.

Duties and Responsibilities

Design and adapt campaign, congress, and internal communication assets across digital and print.

Build platform-ready content for OCE, CMS, email, and websites, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility.

Maintain brand consistency through templates, guidelines, and scalable design systems.

Support congress and event deliverables with high-quality visual assets and fast-turn execution.

Partner with digital and omnichannel colleagues to prepare assets aligned with platform requirements.

Apply version control, naming conventions, and documentation discipline for all creative outputs.

Ensure timely delivery of assets across multiple global and local stakeholders.

Support basic performance awareness by incorporating learnings from digital KPIs into content improvement.

Maintain organized creative libraries for shared team use.

Requirements

Experience

3 to 6 years of experience in digital design, creative production, or a hybrid creative-digital role.

Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.

Experience preparing assets for CMS, marketing automation tools, or OCE-style platforms preferred.

Exposure to healthcare, pharma, or other regulated industries is an advantage.

Skills/Accreditations

Strong digital design capability and attention to detail.

Ability to convert direction into consistent, platform-ready creative output.

Able to manage multiple requests and maintain quality under time pressure.

Clear communication skills and comfort working with global teams.

Fluent spoken and written English.

Academic Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Design, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent training.
