As a Digital Business Analyst, you will work with client, project team and collaborate with other fellow DBA, product managers, solution architects and technical services consultants to deliver leading-edge digital solutions in the domains of healthcare finance, regulation, disease outbreak, data analytics and corporate systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Service Design
- Partner with the clients to understand business needs through human-centric design methods
- Create and analyse service journeys to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop compelling business cases for digital transformation initiatives
- Use visual methods to communicate complex processes and requirements
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions
Digital Solution Development
- Transform business requirements into detailed user stories
- Create functional and technical specifications
- Define clear acceptance criteria for digital products
- Work with product teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Support the evaluation and selection of appropriate technologies
Requirements Management
- Document and maintain comprehensive business requirements
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Validate requirements with stakeholders
- Manage requirement changes and impact analysis
- Create user flows and process diagrams
Project Delivery
- Support both Agile and Waterfall development approaches
- Work effectively in various development environments (In-house/Co-Sourced/Outsourced)
- Ensure smooth deployment and adoption of digital solutions
- Coordinate between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support user acceptance testing and quality assurance
Requirements :
- Holding a Degree in relevant discipline
- Having a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Having experience in healthcare domain/industry
- Having experience in public sector domain will be an added value
