JOB DESCRIPTION:-

• Ability to recommend and persuade customers with regards digital adoption
• Gather customers feedback and identify problem for improvement
• To follow up on relevant documents required for application submission.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

• A result driven individual with a customer service mindset to solve problems and improve banking experience and engagement
• Candidates with banking operations experience will be an advantage
• Energetic and proactive personality and good communication skills
• High level of integrity, accountability and able to work well as a team-player.
