Role Description

We are hiring a Digital Asset Portfolio Manager to lead portfolio research, digital asset analysis, investment strategy, and market intelligence across cryptocurrency and Web3 markets. This is a full-time, paid remote role based in Singapore focused on digital asset portfolio management, crypto markets, asset allocation, investment research, and blockchain finance.

The Digital Asset Portfolio Manager will monitor digital asset markets, evaluate portfolio themes, support allocation strategy, and prepare investment-focused materials across cryptocurrencies, DeFi protocols, tokenized assets, stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, and crypto-native financial products. This role is ideal for someone with strong interest in digital asset investing, portfolio strategy, crypto markets, asset allocation, DeFi, and emerging financial technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead research across cryptocurrency markets, digital assets, token ecosystems, blockchain networks, DeFi protocols, stablecoins, and tokenized assets

• Monitor token performance, liquidity conditions, capital flows, investor sentiment, volatility, market cycles, and Asia-Pacific digital asset developments

• Support portfolio strategy, asset allocation research, investment positioning, risk awareness, and opportunity evaluation across crypto markets

• Prepare portfolio reports, market intelligence updates, digital asset briefs, investment summaries, and strategy materials

• Track developments across crypto exchanges, DeFi platforms, Web3 startups, venture activity, regulatory updates, institutional adoption, and on-chain activity

• Evaluate opportunities across DeFi, tokenized finance, Web3 infrastructure, stablecoins, layer-1 and layer-2 networks, protocols, and crypto-native products

• Collaborate with team members on portfolio analysis, asset allocation research, investment strategy, market intelligence, and digital asset projects

• Maintain organized research files, portfolio trackers, opportunity pipelines, token watchlists, allocation notes, and digital asset intelligence resources

Qualifications

• Strong interest in digital asset portfolio management, cryptocurrency markets, asset allocation, blockchain finance, DeFi, stablecoins, and tokenized assets

• Familiarity with portfolio strategy, investment research, crypto markets, token analysis, blockchain networks, digital asset ecosystems, or asset management

• Understanding of liquidity, capital flows, token sectors, market cycles, investor sentiment, volatility, portfolio exposure, and financial market concepts

• Familiarity with blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, DeFi dashboards, TradingView, portfolio tools, market data platforms, or investment research tools is a plus

• Strong research, analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills

• Ability to explain digital asset portfolio themes, crypto market risks, investment opportunities, and allocation insights clearly

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple portfolio, research, and strategy priorities

• Previous experience in investment research, crypto research, portfolio analysis, asset management, hedge funds, fintech, venture capital, or Web3 projects is helpful

Compensation

Salary range: SGD120,000 - SGD135,000 per year depending on experience
