Digital and eCommerce Consultant

Brief Summary:

We are seeking a results-oriented Digital and eCommerce Specialist to drive online sales and enhance customer engagement through innovative strategies. Ideal candidates will possess experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) growth and a passion for data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end D2C strategies to boost online sales and strengthen brand presence.
• Optimize the consumer journey through effective CRM, marketing automation, and loyalty programs.
• Identify and pursue B2B opportunities to enhance revenue generation across multiple channels.
• Maximize commercial performance using data analytics to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Lead promotional strategies such as Gift with Purchase (GWP) and exclusive merchandise rollouts to support revenue growth.
• Collaborate with global teams to define requirements for site optimization on D2C platforms.
• Enhance website and mobile user experience through UX-UI tools and A/B testing to drive conversion rates.
• Develop and implement digital media plans utilizing both paid and organic channels for customer engagement and retention.
• Foster collaboration across marketing, design, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless online customer experience.
• Perform regular analysis of D2C data and competitor activities, generating performance metrics and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience driving D2C growth.
• Proven proficiency with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and consumer behavior.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and make informed decisions.
• Experience in managing and executing successful D2C strategies that yield measurable business results.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
• Willingness to travel as required for the role.
