Digital Account Associate / Digital Account Executive
Job Description
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, managing digital campaigns utilizing Insider's platform
- Learning and actively managing project items including the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new test ideas
- Discovering and recommending ideal features and use cases for A/B testing to drive high impact results across 7 countries regionally
- Conducting regular check-in meetings with stakeholders and clients to report project statuses and ensure timelines are on track
- Responsible for planning and coordinating with different parties involved and taking ownership of overall project success
- Identify potential risks and the implications to the project and recommend mitigating measures
- Monitoring results and metrics and setting Quarterly/monthly action plans to achieve the next success milestone
- Oversee and analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to clients, recommending optimizations to enhance results
- Stay updated with the latest Insider features, trends in digital marketing, and industry best practices
Job Requirements
- A Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Communications or any related field
- Minimum 3 year of relevant working experience (Bonus if you've worked with regional accounts)
- Hands-on experience with Insider platform or similar AI-driven personalization and customer experience tools
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email, web, mobile, social), UI design and campaign management
- Willingness to collaborate and build strong relationships with both regional and local-based clients
- Fluent in both verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated individual that works well in both an independent and collaborative setting
- Efficient project and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
- Passion for A/B testing, measuring, and improving outreach and follow up the effectiveness
- The agility and flexibility to work for a client with adaptive business needs
