  • Review relevant health screening results, including blood glucose and HbA1c, lipid profile, body composition, micronutrient markers and other nutrition-related indicators, within professional scope.

  • Assess nutritional risk factors associated with metabolic health, cardiovascular disease, obesity, sarcopenia and age-related functional decline.
  • Identify dietary patterns and nutritional gaps that may affect long-term health, disease prevention and healthy ageing.

  • Provide guidance on energy balance, weight management, meal planning, hydration and sustainable dietary practices.

  • Support participants with specific dietary requirements arising from existing medical conditions, where appropriate.
  • Translate nutrition-related health findings into actionable recommendations that support healthy ageing and long-term disease risk reduction.

  • Evaluate emerging nutrition research and longevity-related dietary approaches, incorporating evidence-based practices into programme delivery.

Nutrition Counselling & Behaviour Change

  • Translate complex nutritional and clinical information into clear, practical and achievable dietary recommendations.

  • Apply behaviour change and motivational interviewing techniques to improve dietary adherence and support sustainable lifestyle modification.

  • Establish realistic nutrition goals and follow-up plans based on each participant's readiness, preferences and progress.

  • Provide nutrition education materials and practical resources to reinforce learning and encourage long-term self-management.

4. Multidisciplinary Care Coordination

  • Collaborate with doctors, health coaches, and other programme partners to develop an integrated, patient-centred longevity plan.

  • Align nutrition interventions with medical recommendations, exercise prescriptions, body composition goals and other health optimisation strategies.

  • Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions to review participant progress and refine intervention plans.

  • Support continuity of care by ensuring nutrition recommendations are incorporated into the participant's overall personalised action plan.

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience providing nutrition counselling to high-net-worth (HNW) clients, ideally in a private healthcare, executive health, concierge or premium wellness setting.

  • Able to build rapport and trust with clients through attentive listening, discretion, professionalism and clear, personalised communication.

  • Confident in managing the expectations and preferences of discerning clients while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries and evidence-based practice.

  • Strong knowledge of longevity nutrition, healthy ageing and preventive health, including nutrition approaches that support metabolic health, muscle health, body composition and gut health.

  • Able to translate health screening findings and relevant clinical or nutrition data into practical, personalised recommendations that support each client's longevity goals.

  • Skilled in nutrition counselling and behaviour change, with the ability to help clients set realistic goals and sustain healthy habits over time.

  • Able to work collaboratively with doctors, health coaches and other professionals to contribute to an integrated longevity plan.

Qualifications:
