Job Responsibilities
- Understand and be familiar with AGVs, AMRs, collaborative robots, robot welding, and machine learning.
- Knowledge of control systems, sensors, actuators, and electronics.
- Familiarity with industry safety standards for machinery and robots is a plus.
- Learn and execute production methodology, welding processes, and fabrication requirements.
- Learn programming for AGVs, laser cutting machines, and automatic channel cutting saws.
- Learn DFMA M&E modular production, M&E services compliance, requirements, and installation methods.
- On-job training to understand electrical system design, single-line and installation drawings, details, and calculations.
- Communicate relevant project information to project leaders and team members.
- Implement and monitor Quality Assurance items.
- Effectively manage time to ensure work is completed within established periods.
- Understand M&E services and testing commissioning.
- Other duties assigned by Superior & Management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum ITE / Diploma / Degree in Manufacturing / Automation Engineering.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a product manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of production processes, robotics, PLC, and precision manufacturing requirements.
- Able to understand quality requirements of DFMA Modular Prefab MEP products, including material selection, fabrication, assembly, and inspection.
working hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm (mon to fri), 8:30am to 12:30pm (sat)
