DFIQ B2B Trade Digital Product Lead / Senior Manager (Vendor Portal)

Role Purpose

Own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and adoption of DFIQ's Vendor Portal to enhance supplier collaboration, digitize business processes, and deliver measurable business value across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Master Data functions.

• Define and drive the DFI Group standardized Vendor Portal product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with business stakeholders and suppliers to identify opportunities, gather insights, and improve supplier experience.
• Own and prioritize the DFI Group standardized product backlog, balancing business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Lead the delivery of Vendor Portal capabilities including products and promotion planning, Order Management, Finance, Payments, Contracts, and Master Data.
• Collaborate with DFI technology teams and tech vendors to deliver scalable, integrated solutions.
• Drive supplier onboarding, platform adoption, and change management activities.
• Monitor vendor portal performance, user adoption, usage data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage product governance, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.

Do you have experience as a Programme Specialist

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Digital Product Management and Project Management, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Platform Delivery.
• Proven experience leading B2B platforms, supplier portals, eCommerce, or enterprise digital products.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Master Data processes.
• Experience with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies and enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, PLM, OMS, etc.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese Mandarin.
