DevSecOps Manager (f/m/x)

What awaits you

• Responsible for building, implementing and operating products following agile methodology to meet product and delivery objectives
• Mitigates security vulnerabilities (solutioning and implementation)
• Ensures quality for all non-functional and functional aspects and ensures release and test-plan execution
• Manage operational emergencies and improves failure management processes and tools
• Ensures continuous improvement of system stability, performance and robustness of systems
• Trouble shoots systems and solves problems across platform and application domains
• Implement continuous risk evaluation and communication to management
• Manage regular performance reviews to identify and implement improvement measures
• Manage overall product budget to achieve accurate planning & steering for maximum return on investment
• Drives and ensures high quality of agile working model

What you should bring along

• Master in Computer Science or equivalent degree with an appropriate major
• Min. 8 years experience in Automotive Finance industry
• Min. 2 years experience with agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving, leadership and people management skills
• Proficiency with C#, .NET technology stack, SQL.
• Good knowledge of application development process
• Good knowledge of Confluence and JIRA
