We are supporting a large enterprise in search of passionate site reliability engineers (SREs) to help build reliable, scalable, and secure platforms that enable teams to deliver systems efficiently and safely at scale.
This is an opportunity to work on meaningful national-level infrastructure while solving complex engineering and operational challenges alongside a collaborative and forward-looking team.
As part of the DevSecOps team, you will be responsible for improving the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of the platform. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Ensure platform reliability, availability, and performance across production environments
• Support and enhance DevSecOps and platform engineering capabilities
• Improve system monitoring, observability, and operational visibility
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts
• Partner closely with software engineering and product teams to improve system resilience and operability
• Contribute to infrastructure modernisation and platform scalability initiatives
• Advocate for reliability engineering and operational best practices across the development lifecycle
• Support secure and compliant engineering practices within a government environment
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for engineers with experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or production operations environments.
You should have:
• Experience supporting large-scale or business-critical systems
• Strong understanding of modern infrastructure and cloud environments
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD environments
• Experience with automation and infrastructure management
• Knowledge of system monitoring, observability, and operational support
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Prior experience in highly regulated or security-conscious environments will be advantageous
• Exposure to cloud-native technologies and modern platform engineering practices and familiarity with secure software delivery practices are highly regarded
• Interest in AI-enabled engineering and automation
