What To Expect:
Instituting and promoting continuous integration/delivery practices for Next.js applications using server-side rendering (SSR) and incremental static regeneration (ISR) with various caching strategies.
Working with developers to set up fully containerised application environments and enable smooth and efficient application deployments on AWS EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service).
Developing scripts and utilizing continuous integration tools to automate build, software release, and application deployment processes using Gitlab.
Provisioning and managing AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Terragrunt (IaC).
Managing and optimizing ElasticCloud services, for observability and logging.
Conducting cloud security scans and hardening cloud infrastructure.
How To Succeed:
Experience with relevant CI tools/technologies, such as GitLab.
Experience with system administration and scripting in Unix/Linux environments.
Proficiency in infrastructure provisioning tools (Docker, Terraform etc.).
Strong experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including EKS and Cloudfront.
Comfortable with Agile methodologies and working closely with Agile development teams.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
Experience with CMS development configuration will be an added advantage.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Professional Solutions Architect and/or Cloud Practitioner Certification) will be an added advantage
