DevOps / System Operations Engineer

What You'll Be Doing

• Deploy, maintain, and optimize Linux-based servers and production environments

• Manage service deployments, updates, monitoring, and incident response

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation tools to improve efficiency

• Design, operate, and maintain Kubernetes clusters (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting)

• Collaborate with developers to support testing, releases, and bug resolution

• Monitor system health and performance using tools such as Prometheus and Zabbix

• Manage and support infrastructure components including Nginx, Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch (ELK), RocketMQ, and Nacos

• Implement best practices for system security, reliability, and scalability

• Explore and adopt new DevOps tools and technologies to improve operations

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of experience in DevOps, System Operations, or SRE

• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Jira

• Ability to write automation scripts using Python, Shell, or Ansible

• Familiar with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g. Prometheus, Zabbix)

• Experience supporting systems in production environments
