Responsibilities:
- Maintain, configure, and implement Windows and Linux IT infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and system administration on cloud platforms to ensure service level objectives are met.
- Implement data backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans for core systems.
- Apply security updates and remediations on cloud platforms in collaboration with the cybersecurity team.
- Automate cloud operations and perform routine tasks such as system health checks, capacity monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalation.
- Configure, document, and optimize DevOps infrastructure components.
- Develop automated deployments using configuration management tools.
- Maintain and support Production, Staging, and Development environments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization, servers, storage, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
- Skilled in Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL), network configuration, and RPM packaging.
- Experience with ElasticSearch, Datadog and Blockchain & Web3 infrastructure is advantageous.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code using Ansible, CloudFormation, Terraform, or equivalent.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Bamboo, ArgoCD, or similar).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong experience with AWS infrastructure.
