Summary:
We are seeking a DevOps Expert to join our Digital Infrastructure team.
You will play a key role in shaping the future of our technological infrastructure, focusing on containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. This is an opportunity to be part of a pioneering team and influence the direction, processes, and culture of our digital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Containerization & CI/CD:
- Design and deploy containerization infrastructures using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Manage and optimise Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters for performance, availability, and security.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD.
Automation & Collaboration:
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for deployment and infrastructure management.
- Establish container governance and security policies.
- Provide technical support and training to development teams.
Process Improvement & Strategy:
- Develop DevOps strategies aligned with long-term platform goals.
- Optimise development, deployment, and operation processes.
- Foster collaboration between development and operations teams.
Training & Communication:
- Facilitate training and skill development for team autonomy.
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between teams.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in IT.
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Proficiency in Python, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
