About the Role
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our Singapore team. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and automation pipelines. This role requires a strong background in cloud platforms, CI/CD, and system reliability, as well as the ability to collaborate with developers and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with scalability and reliability in mind.
- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline application release processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Ensure best practices in system security, compliance, and governance.
- Research and adopt new tools and technologies to improve DevOps practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in DevOps, system engineering, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Shell).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluent in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
