Job Title: DevOps Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to own secure application delivery end-to-end in production environments. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Kubernetes platforms, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), CI/CD pipelines, application security, and release management for mission-critical systems.

Communication is a major factor -you will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Kubernetes & Container Platforms

• Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS/AKS) in production

• Implement scaling strategies, troubleshooting, and security best practices

• Configure and manage Helm charts, RBAC, namespaces, and pod security policies

• Manage container lifecycle using Docker

2. Cloud Services (AWS / Azure)

• Manage cloud services including IAM, networking (VPC), compute (EC2/VMs), storage (S3/Blob), and monitoring

• Implement cost optimization strategies for cloud infrastructure

• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness

3. CI/CD Pipelines

• Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment

• Use tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Bitbucket Pipelines

• Automate integration, testing, and deployment workflows

4. Application Security (DevSecOps)

• Embed security into the SDLC using SAST, DAST, SCA tools

• Implement container/image scanning and secrets management

• Drive vulnerability remediation and compliance (e.g., MAS TRM, IM8, PCI-DSS)

5. Application Release Management

• Manage versioning, approvals, and rollback strategies

• Implement deployment models including blue-green, canary, and GitOps

• Ensure zero-downtime deployments and release traceability

6. End-to-End DevSecOps Ownership

• Own secure application delivery from code commit to production

• Monitor system health, respond to incidents, and drive continuous improvement

• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams
