Role Overview

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your day-to-day activities will involve using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
