About the Role:We are seeking a results-driven and experienced DevOps Engineer to support our development teams in delivering high-quality software quickly and reliably. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring system availability and performance across environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, build, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Manage containerization using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes or ECS
- Automate manual processes to improve developer productivity and operational efficiency
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot outages, and ensure system reliability
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and security teams to ensure seamless deployments
- Implement logging, alerting, and monitoring using tools like Prometheus, ELK Stack, Datadog, or New Relic
- Maintain and enforce security, compliance, and backup procedures across environments
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
- 25+ years in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure role
- Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with relevant tools
- Proficient in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Go
- Experience with Docker and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Helm)
- Familiar with Git-based workflows and version control best practices
- Knowledge of system security, firewalls, and access control
Preferred Skills:- Certification in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or other relevant tech
- Experience with service mesh, secrets management, and policy enforcement tools (e.g., Istio, HashiCorp Vault, OPA)
- Background in Agile/Scrum teams and DevSecOps practices
- Familiarity with serverless technologies and event-driven architecture
