Main Responsibilities
- Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats
- Subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
- Responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Design and implement innovative solutions to enhance the development and deployment processes.
- Continuously assess and improve existing systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Profile
- Expert proficiency in Continuous Improvement Techniques is required.
- Advanced proficiency in DevOps is recommended.
- Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management and Cloud Automation DevOps is suggested.
