DevOps Developer

Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure Management:

. Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on AWS using services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, ECS, Lambda, Cognito, Eventbridge and others.

. Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as AWS CDK script to automate the provisioning and management of AWS resources.

. Monitor and optimise cloud infrastructure performance, availability, and cost, implementing best practices for resource utilisation and cost optimisation.

. CI/CD Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment of applications using tools such as GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.

. Automate code deployment, configuration management, and release processes to ensure rapid and reliable delivery of software updates to production environments.

Skills/Requirement

. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.

. Proven experience in DevOps engineering roles, with a focus on AWS cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation, with at least 4 years of relevant working experience.

. Experience in project execution and demonstrated technical expertise.

. Expertise in designing, deploying, and managing scalable and secure infrastructure on AWS, with a deep understanding of AWS services, networking, and security.

. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps, including configuration, customisation, and troubleshooting.

. Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts and tools such as AWS CDK for automating cloud resource provisioning and management.
