Your role
- To analyse on zero yield wafers or low yield wafers so as to achieve yield improvement
- To resolve any process issues in collaboration with Modules and ensure smooth flow in the line to meet customer delivery.
- To characterize all process windows to achieve process robustness.
- Liaise with division teams from ADG/AMS/AMG/MDG and support technology and product transfer activities with compliance with the defined timelines
- To liaise with Division in weekly conference call for yield/D0 update and yield master plan.
- To conduct MRB meeting with Division about the disposition of SBL lot in weekly basis.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field
- Basic understanding of semiconductor device physics such as MOSFETs, BJTs, diodes, and power devices
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in semiconductor manufacturing and yield improvement
- Willingness to learn electrical characterization tools and data analysis methods
