Job Description

Your role

To analyse on zero yield wafers or low yield wafers so as to achieve yield improvement.
To resolve any process issues in collaboration with Modules and ensure smooth flow in the line to meet customer delivery.
To characterize all process windows to achieve process robustness.
Liaise with division teams from ADG/AMS/AMG/MDG and support technology and product transfer activities with compliance with the defined timelines
To liaise with Division in weekly conference call for yield/D0 update and yield master plan.
To conduct MRB meeting with Division about the disposition of SBL lot in weekly basis.

Requirements

Good acknowledge in semiconductor device physics (MOSFETs, BJTs, diodes, power devices)
Bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronic engineering
Experience with electrical characterization equipment (parametric testers, curve tracers, SMUs, LCR meters, probers).
Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes (front-end fabrication, diffusion, implantation, oxidation, lithography, etch, metallization).
Data analysis skills using tools such as JMP, Excel, or similar.
Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
