Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical and highly motivated Development Analyst to support our expanding portfolio across Singapore and the broader region.
You will contribute to project feasibility, owner engagement, proposal preparation, and the coordination of key development processes - playing an essential role in Accor's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Project Validation files (PV), HMPs, projections, feasibility studies and market research, ensuring insights are accurate and actionable.
- Build and issue proposals, RFP responses, brand presentations and owner presentation decks with strong attention to detail.
- Maintain WeMax updates and ensure timely internal reporting across all assigned projects.
- Manage KYC submissions, coordinate with owners, and support document translations and reviews.
- Prepare MOUs and oversee the full MOU approval and signing workflow.
- Assist in coordinating the HMA/HFA process, collaborating closely with Accor Legal, hotel owners and their advisors to support timely completion of agreements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Accounting or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in Excel modelling and PowerPoint.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong financial and analytical abilities with high attention to accuracy and detail.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver quality work under time constraints.
- Basic understanding of hospitality, hotel management or franchise agreements, and investment principles is an advantage.
