Position: Developer

Experience: 3-5 Years

Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using the Flask framework, including routing and handling HTTP requests.

Build interactive and data-driven dashboards using Plotly Dash.

Implement Local LLM solutions leveraging Ollama for AI-driven functionalities.

Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for advanced AI applications.

Collaborate with the Application Lead on audit-related activities and ensure compliance with standards

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

Essential:

Knowledge of banking products is preferred.

Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple business demands effectively.

Proven experience working with cross-functional teams from diverse backgrounds.

Familiarity with Agentic AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and proficiency in Python.

Hands-on experience with Plotly Dash for creating interactive web applications.

A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.

Fast learner with excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
