Job Description

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade web applications for a leading banking client. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java technologies, modern front-end frameworks, REST APIs, and banking/financial services applications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams.
  • Participate in application design, estimation, code reviews, and technical discussions.
  • Perform unit testing, defect fixes, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and best practices.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Core Java, Collections, Multithreading, and Design Patterns
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring JPA, Hibernate
  • Experience developing REST APIs and Microservices
  • Strong front-end development experience in Angular and/or React
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Strong SQL and RDBMS skills
  • Experience with messaging technologies such as IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, or JMS
  • Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), ADFS, and Spring Security
  • Experience with code reviews, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support

Preferred Skills

  • Banking / Financial Services domain experience
  • Exposure to Global Markets, Capital Markets, or Back Office systems
  • Experience with enterprise application development in large-scale environments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant software development experience
