Job description-

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, supporting, and maintaining reconciliation applications and interfaces across the enterprise. This role involves end-to-end application delivery, including requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and prepare technical specifications and solution designs.
• Design, develop, enhance, test, and maintain reconciliation applications and interfaces.
• Perform coding, code reviews, debugging, and technical troubleshooting.
• Develop SQL scripts, stored procedures, and automation scripts.
• Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Provide Level 3 (L3) production support and incident resolution.
• Work closely with business users, project managers, architects, and infrastructure teams.
• Configure and support file transfer mechanisms such as SFTP and Connect Direct.
• Schedule and monitor batch jobs using Control-M.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and architectural standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and hand over solutions to production support teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Skills

• 6+ years of application development experience within Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong experience in Reconciliation Development and reconciliation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with one or more reconciliation tools:
• IntelliMatch
• TLM
• Clareti
• DCR Reconciliation
• Strong SQL knowledge including:
• SQL Queries
• Stored Procedures
• Database Management
• Query Analyzer
• Programming experience in:
• Core Java
• Python
• PowerShell Scripting
• Experience with:
• System Integration
• Application Interfaces
• SFTP
• Connect Direct
• Control-M
• Experience using source control and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Aldon.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Experience delivering reconciliation projects within banking environments.
• Understanding of SDLC, release management, and production support processes.
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise applications and integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
