In line with our growth strategy, our company has expanded its business into the Singapore market under the registered entity ICE HOLIDAYS (S) PTE LTD. We are primarily focused on B2B outbound travel, offering curated international travel solutions to our network of travel partners. This expansion marks a significant milestone in our regional development, allowing us to better serve our partners and clients in Singapore with localized support and tailored travel services.

The Destinations & Digital Marketing Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing social media content, executing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta and Google Ads), monitoring campaign performance, supporting content production and working closely with internal teams to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives and enhance brand presence across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

. Support the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies to promote travel destinations and wholesale travel packages to travel agents and business partners.

. Develop and manage engaging social media content to enhance brand visibility and strengthen relationships with B2B partners within the tourism industry.

. Plan and coordinate monthly content calendars aligned with promotional campaigns, destination highlights, and seasonal travel trends.

. Execute and manage paid digital advertising campaigns through platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads to generate quality B2B leads and business inquiries.

. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions) and provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.

. Prepare and present weekly and monthly marketing performance reports to evaluate campaign outcomes and support strategic marketing decisions.

. Support the development of digital marketing materials, including basic visual designs and short-form promotional videos for destination and travel package promotions.

. Ensure brand consistency and professional presentation across all digital marketing channels and promotional materials.

. Collaborate closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing initiatives with travel package offerings and overall business objectives.

. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and tourism industry developments to ensure marketing strategies remain competitive and effective.

Requirement:

. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Broadcasting, or a related field.

. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the tourism, travel, or hospitality industry.

. Experience in B2B marketing or lead generation campaigns will be an added advantage.

. Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including backend campaign setup, targeting, and optimization.

. Proven experience in managing lead generation campaigns and monitoring performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversions.

. Good analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to evaluate campaign performance and implement improvements.

. Proficient in digital content and creative tools, including:

o Canva, CapCut, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop

. Strong copywriting and content creation skills in both Chinese and English for digital marketing and social media platforms.

. Ability to plan, manage, and execute multiple digital campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

. Creative, detail-oriented, and performance-driven with a strong sense of brand awareness.

. Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, marketing, and design teams.

. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
