Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10 required) experience with Mac OS is an added advantage.
Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows systems and Microsoft applications.
Ability to support mobile device deployments, especially Apple iPad software installation and configuration.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a 24/7 support environment, including shifts, weekends, or on-call rotations if required.
