We are seeking skilled Desktop Support Engineers (L1 and L2) to provide end-user computing support, including desktop/laptop troubleshooting and Unified Communications & Audio-Visual (UC/AV) systems support for conference and meeting room environments.
L1 Desktop Support Engineer
Experience:
23 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for desktops and laptops
- Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and operating system issues
- Support UC/AV equipment in conference rooms and meeting rooms
- Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of meeting room devices
- Basic understanding of server environments and escalation procedures
- Log and track incidents using ticketing systems
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and desktop support
- Familiarity with conferencing tools and AV equipment
- Basic networking and server knowledge
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
