Job Overview
- Provide technical support for internal staff and occasionally at sites. Responsible for troubleshooting, managing all IT equipment, and handling onboarding processes. May need to support regional users via remote troubleshooting.

- Deployment and setup of computer for new/existing users
- Deployment of Printers
- Corporate mobile devices
- Point of sales (POS) devices and software application
- Office 365 services
- Internet/intranet connection services
- Windows User management
- File access
- Print services
- VPN services
- Security Operations eg. Patch and antivirus management
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
- Proficient in Windows/macOS environments, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service focus
- Willing on staggered shift.
