  • Manage and maintain standard hardware specifications, SOE images, and desktop software, including installation, configuration, testing, and mass deployment (via MDM tools such as Intune/Workspace ONE).
  • Provide Level 2 remote and onsite support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices, including walk-in support, IMAC requests, backup, data transfer/recovery, and restoration to previous state after repairs.
  • Maintain asset inventory lifecycle management, including asset tagging, updates, data wiping, and disposal in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate and manage third-party vendors for maintenance, dispatch, and secure asset disposal services.
  • Execute changes in accordance with Change Management procedures, ensuring minimal business disruption and SLA compliance, with proper escalation when required.
  • Support daily onsite operations at the designated home base office and provide field service support at other locations as needed.
  • Perform any other assigned IT tasks and operational support activities.

Requirements

  • NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business IT, or other relevant disciplines.
  • ITIL certification or knowledge is an added advantage.
