Manage and maintain standard hardware specifications, SOE images, and desktop software, including installation, configuration, testing, and mass deployment (via MDM tools such as Intune/Workspace ONE).
Provide Level 2 remote and onsite support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices, including walk-in support, IMAC requests, backup, data transfer/recovery, and restoration to previous state after repairs.
Maintain asset inventory lifecycle management, including asset tagging, updates, data wiping, and disposal in accordance with company policies.
Coordinate and manage third-party vendors for maintenance, dispatch, and secure asset disposal services.
Execute changes in accordance with Change Management procedures, ensuring minimal business disruption and SLA compliance, with proper escalation when required.
Support daily onsite operations at the designated home base office and provide field service support at other locations as needed.
Perform any other assigned IT tasks and operational support activities.
Requirements
NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business IT, or other relevant disciplines.
ITIL certification or knowledge is an added advantage.
