Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and accessories.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
  • Handle incident management, ensuring proper logging, tracking, and closure.
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and processes.
  • Support and manage Android mobile devices as required.
  • Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in desktop systems and accessories troubleshooting.
  • Experience in incident management, reporting, and documentation.
  • Comfortable working with Android mobile devices.
  • Basic knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM).

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with MDM solutions (e.g., VMware AirWatch).
