Job Description

We are looking for a junior L1 Desktop Support Engineer to provide basic technical assistance to end-users. The candidate must be willing to work in a 38-hour rotational shift environment, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network issues.

  • Assist users with password resets, software installations, and basic troubleshooting.

  • Log, track, and update incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to L2 support as needed.

  • Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain service-level commitments.

  • Support shift-based operations and adhere to roster schedules, including weekend shifts.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and general IT hardware.

  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work in a rotational 247 shift setup (3 shifts).
