Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for desktop operation and maintenance, terminal management, office network and application platform implementation and operation and maintenance support, and employee IT service support, etc.
Participate in the implementation and management of terminals, office networks, office application platforms and security projects
Become a member of an international team and have the opportunity to learn and practice the cutting-edge technology and research and development phase
Familiar with common network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.) operation, operation and maintenance and troubleshooting
Have terminal security and network security product implementation and operation and maintenance experience
Reporting to the regional IT team leader
Onsite support end-users IT related services
Travel to support other offices

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in IT studies and equivalent
Fluent in speaking/writing in Chinese (to liaise with chinese speaking counterparts) and English
Minimally with at least 3-5 years experience in desktop support and security management in both MAC and Windows environment
Familiar with Mac/Windows laptop operation and maintenance
Familiar with Google Suite and various common office application system operation and maintenance
Have certain project implementation and management experience
Have ITIL and IT service process construction and implementation experience
Possess good learning ability, communication ability and problem-solving ability
Remote support services experience is required
Must be able to multitasks and working in the fast-paced environment
