Desktop Engineer
We are seeking a motivated Desktop Engineer to provide essential IT support to our users locally and remotely. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills in a hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, configure, and deploy desktop / laptop computers and workstations
- Handle user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
- Manage device inventory and perform hardware repairs/reimaging
- Support user onboarding and offboarding processes
- Conduct preventative maintenance on client machines
- Provide remote technical support to offshore teams
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident only
- Strong Windows troubleshooting and administration knowledge
- Familiarity with desktop / laptop hardware and assembly
- Basic networking and Active Directory understanding
- Experience with remote support tools (preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer service oriented with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Eager to learn new technologies
